Security Guard

The security guard is located at the front desk of the main lobby entrance from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and a roving guard is on-site 24 Hours daily. His or her presence in the lobby helps deter theft and vandalism in the building, but in the event of a problem, he or she will notify the police. The security guard is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances. They are there to observe, monitor and report.

It is important not to let any individuals enter with you if you do not know them.  The security guards have been instructed not to allow any one in the building after hours. The tenant desiring access to the property should use their access card. If they do not have their access card, then they should be instructed to contact their employer for access. All others will be asked to leave.

For security reasons, anyone not having a key to your suite or offices, including your employees will not be admitted by Hines personnel or security.
