In the event of an emergency, please contact the Management Office at 346-404-0480. If after building hours or if the office is closed, the Answering Service will contact the appropriate personnel.  Please give your name, company name, suite number, phone number, and the nature of your problem.  Someone from the maintenance staff will assist you as soon as possible

The management office will assign a Login & Password to the tenant contact for each company.

Maintenance personnel are equipped to handle varying degrees of lighting, plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, and door and lock problems.  If the problem is outside of our normal maintenance service, then Maintenance will often be able to recommend a contractor to assist you.
